Teaching & Learning
- Worked for nearly a decade inside a Carnegie-classified R1 research university with approximately 30,000 faculty, students and staff; a $6.6B operating enterprise, and approximately $1.5B in total R&D expenditures.
- Led faculty partnerships and services work to design, implement, and evaluate instructional strategies, curricular models, LMS modernization efforts, new media tools, simulations, and digital study environments across diverse academic disciplines. Built repeatable models for translating faculty, student, research, and institutional needs into scalable technology-enabled learning experiences and reusable digital campus solution patterns.
- Achieved three promotions over eight years, reflecting increasing leadership scope, trust, and delivery impact. Recruited to join teaching faculty at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), the Journalism School, and Teachers College.
- Led instructional workshops on pedagogy, experiential learning, cultural immersion, educational simulations, LMS-enabled learning, digital media, and faculty professional development.
