- Served on the Executive Leadership Team within a Carnegie-classified M1 university recognized as the nation's first Senior Military College, with 30+ academic programs, NSA/DHS Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense designation, a 16:1 student-faculty ratio, and students from 45 states and 21 countries.
- Provided strategic direction and executive oversight for student success across Norwich University's graduate and continuing studies environment from within the college's executive team.
- Managed, coached, and evaluated leaders and teams across enrollment advising, academic advising, academic technology, faculty development, orientation, residency, and event programming.
- Created the College's Office of Student Success and increased undergraduate retention from 65% to 73%. Developed the institution's first "Student At Risk" early-warning system to identify and support students requiring timely intervention.
- Authored formal proposals influencing University strategy, including the "Norwich Teaching, Learning & Technology Institute" and "CGCS Norwich Leadership in Education: A Student Success Model for Future Achievement."
